Medical Apps

When Universal Apps was started the objective was, and I would say it still is, to develop apps in the medical field. Also, it was decided to start this blog and convey our experience, review relevant medical apps and get comments to see what the public is interested with regards to medical apps. First we started with an idea of developing something simple, but useful, this way we could test the market and see difficulties involved with it. Soon we found out that it was easier to  develop an app for the Android market, then the Apple market,  the reason being that Apple has a more lengthy approval period. Our first app idea was to develop medical terms pronunciation for medical students,  those in nursing schools ,foreign medical graduates, and any individual interested in medical terms. The process was far more lengthier and costly as we had initially thought , however the value of learning the process was worth it. Until we are set up and going, the blog would be a review of medical apps and their relevance to patients and the market.
